Important Information

**Walton Athletic Physicals Day is May 17, 2008.

It will be held in the Walton gymnasium from 9-11 am. You must be in line by 11:00am to get a physical. The cost is $30.00 cash and checks made to Walton High School will be accepted. Please pick up a 2008-2009 blue and yellow physical exam card and have it filled out before you report to the gym. These cards may be picked up in the Athletic or Sports Med office.
