Academics ___________ Walton High School is a public, four-year, comprehensive high school with a strong college-preparatory program. It is located in eastern Cobb County, a suburban residential community within the greater metropolitan Atlanta area. Walton’s reputation for excellence through achievement was publicized nationwide in the January 18, 1999 issue of U.S. News and World Report. Wrestling __________ Combining a very strong high school & middle school wrestling program, Walton is a perennial top 5 program in Georgia’s highest high school classification, AAAAA.
